Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessments, follow-ups, offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Health.
• Collaborate when necessary for best patient care experience.
• Excellent verbal written communication skills - timely notes documentation
• Experience with Adult and or Child/Adolescent Patient Populations
• Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks / Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression, Stress / Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Trauma / PTSD

Qualifications:

• Must be Fully Licensed within the State of Practice with a MD or DO degree.
• BE/BC in Psychiatry Active DEA license
• Medication Management Required
• Ability to utilize EHR Technology Platforms as applicable within the role.
